Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from B32 Supply Co. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
In its original condition
With original tags, if applicable

To begin a return, email support@b32supply.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by B32 Supply Co.

B32 Supply Co. does not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the 14-day return period for eligible items.

Because B32 Supply Co. products are primarily made to order, replacement sizes or styles may need to be produced after an exchange is approved. Replacement items may require approximately the same production time as a new order.

Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email support@b32supply.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item

If we confirm that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, B32 Supply Co. will cover the cost of resolving the issue through a replacement or refund when appropriate.
